AUDITORIUM

SIZE:8,040 sq ft (67' x 120')

CAPACITY:536 people

INCLUDES: (40) 5' round tables, (70) 8' long tables, 300 chairs, and up to a 5-piece stage (6' x 8')

RATE W/O AUDITORIUM: $800 per day plus a $1,000 refundable cleaning and damage deposit. Early set up fee $400 per day.

RATE WITH Convention Center: add $300 per day (If this is a private rental, you must rent both spaces)

** Renter must provide certificate of liability insurance and complete a fairgrounds usage permit. No Garbage service

CONVENTION CENTER

SIZE: 6,600 sq ft (55' x 120')

CAPACITY: 450 people

INCLUDES: (40) 5' round tables, (70) 8' long tables, 300 chairs, and up to a 5-piece stage (6' x 8')

$5 per person to skate, and $4 per person with their own skates (Skates or in-line skates in good condition are accepted upon inspection by skate operator, socks required)

Parties-
Party rentals are a two hour minimum, with a base price of $80 for up to 12 skaters.
+$4 for every additional skater after 12 up to 25 and +$2 for every additional skater after 25
Skate Parties are on Saturdays and Sundays, unless otherwise discussed with the fair office.

4-H DORM BUILDING WITH KITCHEN ACCESS

SIZE: 1,998 sq ft (37’ x 54’)

CAPACITY: 56 people

INCLUDES: Full kitchen, Dishwasher 12 Six foot rectangular tables, 60 chairs, Drop down video screen

RATE: $200 per day plus a $500 refundable cleaning and damage deposit

OVERNIGHT RATE: $200 per day, plus a $500 refundable cleaning and damage deposit, plus $5 per person

AVERILL ARENA & GRANDSTAND

SIZE: Covered Grandstand seating 3500, additional arena bleachers as needed.

RATE: $1,500 per day or 20% of gross sales, whichever is greater, plus a percent of parking sales as agreed upon.

Sunday – Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM *Except during 4-H/FFA or private events

Pavilion Rental Details

120 ft. x 200 ft. Pavilion

Private/Public Event Rental:
The Pavilion is also available to rent for group activities, organization fundraising events, and community events.

Pricing:
$1000/day, 1/2 day early set up $500

$1,000 refundable cleaning deposit required with all half and full-day rentals.

Call or stop by the Fair Office to purchase riding permits or reserve the Pavilion for your group event!

Size: 19,600 sq ft (140' x 140'), Excludes milking parlor and processing room. Southease corner of the building.

Full capacity:
Rental includes: 8' Rectangle tables, Chairs as available & adjacent restrooms. No Garbage service
