ENTRY RULES
1. Exhibitors must register for an account online to enter exhibits at the Fair: https://tillamook.fairwire.com.
2. Each exhibitor submitting entries to the Fair need to have a ShoWorks assigned exhibitor ID and enter their exhibits under their name.
3. An exhibitor may not enter more than two (2) photographs in any one class unless noted (a total of 8). These entries appear in any division. If a youth exhibitor would like to compete at an adult level, please let the Superintendent know at the time you drop off your entry.
4. If an entry is not in the correct division or class the superintendent and/or judge has the authority to change it accordingly.
5. A photo cannot be duplicated and entered in more than one division.
6. There is no distinction between digital and film entries.
7. Entries must be identified as ENHANCED. Identify entry as enhanced by noting it on the back of entry.
8. All exposures that have been entered previously in a Tillamook County Fair competition are INELIGIBLE.
9. All photographs must be the work of the exhibitor and taken within the last 3 years of the current Fair.
10. All photographs must be matted. THE MAT SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE THAN 3” BEYOND THE PHOTOGRAPH. No digital frames will be accepted.
11. No picture frames will be allowed. No double-sided sticky tape or water-based glue should be used. Tape does not hold for the duration of the fair and water-based glue causes the photos to bubble.
12. For identification of exhibit, EXHIBITOR’S NAME AND ADDRESS MUST APPEAR ON BACK OF ALL EXHIBITS.

13. ALL PHOTGRAPHS must be at least 5 x 7 inches and cannot exceed 8 x 12 inches, unless otherwise specified.

15. Exhibits can be picked up Sunday, August 10 starting at 9am.
