How to enter exhibits for this year's Fair

  • All exhibits must be entered online via https://tillamook.fairwire.com
  • Need help registering or entering your exhibits into the online system? Stop by the Fairgrounds and look for the tent near the Fair office. Saturday August 2nd 10:00am to 2:00pm and Sunday August 3rd 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
  • Online exhibit registration closes Monday, August 4th, at 11:59 pm. After this time, registration must be done in person on Tuesday, at the Fairgrounds Main Exhibit Hall.

Art Exhibits will be accepted for drop-off:

  • August 2 - 10:00am to 2:00pm
  • August 3 - 1:00pm to 3:00pm
  • August 4 - 10:00am to 8:00pm
  • August 5 - 8:00am to 10:00am

ELIGIBILITY

The Art Department encourages all Tillamook County residents to submit their BEST works. Emphasis should be on ORIGINALITY and SKILL.
No photocopies.

ENTRY RULES
1. Exhibitors must register for an account online to enter exhibits at the Fair: https://tillamook.fairwire.com.
2. Each exhibitor submitting entries to the Fair need to have a ShoWorks assigned exhibitor ID and enter their exhibits under their name.
a) An example is on our website under the Fair tab > Exhibit at the Fair.
b) Need help entering your exhibit? Registration assistance will be available during the exhibit drop off.
3. Exhibitors may enter up to 4 artworks and/or 4 poetry entries. These works may be entered in the same or different Lots. Only one 1ST, 2ND, and 3RD place premium will be awarded in each division, in each class.
4. Exhibits will be judged and receive a ribbon based on merit. An exhibit that is the only one in a class MAY NOT receive a ribbon based on the judge’s discretion.
5. Adult entries must be framed and wired for hanging. Youth work may be framed and wired, matted or mounted. Items not meeting this requirement will not be eligible for judging and awards and may be removed from entry at superintendent discretion.
6. Superintendent will be responsible that exhibits are entered in the right Division and Class.
7. Tillamook County Fair Board will NOT be responsible for theft or breakage of any entry.
