Stable Stalls $150.00 per month	Self-Care Facility
Barn Stalls $175.00 per month	Stalls are checked daily and 24-hr emergency phone numbers posted.
Tack Stalls $25.00 per month	Owners must feed and care for animals on a daily basis.
Key Deposit $15.00 (one time)	Renters are responsible for ensuring stalls are cleaned and fresh bedding applied regularly.

First and last month’s rent due at time of lease agreement. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed

on all monthly payments not received in a timely manner and in the event of a returned check.

4H-FFA Pavilion

In conjunction with the local 4H and FFA organizations, the Tillamook County Fair is proud to offer use of the Pavilion as an indoor riding facility from October – June each year. Individuals renting stalls on the fairgrounds will be given permits to use the Pavilion during Open Riding Times, and those individuals who stall elsewhere are also able to purchase, daily, monthly, or seasonal permits allowing them access to this amazing facility.


120 ft. x 200 ft. Pavilion	Open Riding Times: Sunday - Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm (Except during 4-H/FFA or private events.)
Available for Private Hourly Rental	Rental available for Half Day / Full Day for large groups and events

$100 refundable cleaning deposit required with all half- and full-day rentals.
