Non-Perishable Exhibits [Arts, Crafts & Hobbies, Photography and Textile] will be accepted starting July 29th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm till August 2nd from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

ELIGIBILITY
1. Any article exhibited at the Tillamook County Fair must have been produced in Tillamook County.
2. The exhibitor must be the bona fide maker of all articles exhibited or displayed. All articles entered in competition must have been completed within the last two years.
3. Amateurs only can enter. A professional is one who accepts money for teaching, a textile craft.

ENTRY RULES
1. No exhibit will be eligible for a prize if it has received a prize in previous Tillamook County Fairs.
2. All articles must be clean, or they will not be exhibited.
3. No premium will be awarded when exhibit is unworthy as determined by the judge.
4. One entry for each class.
5. All fancy work will be judged on the following criteria: general appearance, workmanship, color and design, suitability of fabric, trim and thread, cleanliness and pressing or blocking.
6. Award placings given for 1st – blue; 2nd – red; 3rd – white.
7. We welcome any professional person(s) who would like to display their work in textiles as a courtesy exhibit.

Best of Quilts Award - $25 Gift Certificate from Jane’s Fabric Patch.(Must be hand or machine pieced and hand quilted)

Best Hand Quilted Wall Hanging - $20 award from Latimer Quilt and Textile Center for any medium under 60” square judged on workmanship, color and design coordination.

Best Framed Picture of Counted Cross-Stitch Award - $25 Gift Certificate from Jane’s Fabric Patch.

Hulda Foster Award - $25 presented by her family for the best crocheted baby item in any class.

Outstanding Sewing Award, Girls & Boys 12 years and under - $10 from Fair Board.

Best of Show Award - $10 and a Best of Show Ribbon from Fair Board, determined by the textile judges.

Superintendent’s Award - $10 and a Special Award Ribbon to an entry best depicting the Fair’s theme, Let the Good Times Grow.

Helen Eggert Award - $25 from Suzanne Weber for “Outstanding Senior Award” for 70 years and older.

Brown Family Award- $10 will be awarded to an outstanding crotched or knitted item, given & chosen by Josh & Kelli Brown.
